This week sees one of the city’s leading agents DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard launch its final auctions of 2016. O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers recorded €5 million in auction sales on Tuesday in its Wild Atlantic Way autumn auction. The auction took place in the Harbour Hotel to a full house of keen buyers. There was standing room only for the prospective owner occupiers and investors, who were given a tremendous selection of property to choose from, especially in Galway city.
